Mixed Colors Tritonia (Tritonia crocata 'Mixed')
These clump forming plants have strappy leaves with flared trumpet-like flowers. They have a very similar flower shape to sparaxis and freesias, although they flower much later, filling the gap between spring and summer flowering bulbs. Tritonia is available as mixed colors in white, orange and pink shades. They make beautiful borders and beds and they last reasonably well in the vase. They will produce masses of flowers in late spring. The Tritonia Mixed, 'Tritonia', a fall planted bulb, produces flowers of mixed colors on a short plant. Hurry while supplies last!
